Returns & Exchanges For In-Store Purchases:

We stand behind the brands we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase and as long as the item has not been installed or used, is still in its original un-opened packaging we’re happy to return it and provide you with a full refund. All clear-out and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, nor are ebikes purchased through the ebike rebate program. 

If you do not have the original purchase method, store credit will be issued.

Any items returned that are special ordered are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.

Exchanges - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

If you are a customer who participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another E-Bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.

Pickup Policy for Online Orders:

Online orders require ID, payment, and order number confirmation for pickup in-store. These are policies set in place to allow the safest online shopping experience.

We require identification with an address matching to the Billing Address from the order.

We require the order number from your order confirmation email.

We require a confirmation of the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the online order.

Failure to provide this information may result in not being able to pickup the online order.

Return Policy for Online Orders:

Online orders may be returned for store credit ONLY within 14 days after you receive or pick up the order. The amount of store credit you receive will be the purchase price less any shipping costs. 

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for online orders. 

Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping unless we are at fault. We only accept returns on unused and un-installed products still in its original packaging. Again, refunds will be issued back to you in the form of a Store Credit Only less your shipping charges.


We are happy to assist you with any warranty claims on products purchased at Cyclepath Kelowna or any other bike shop (if we are able). Original receipts are required for all warranty claims. Please be aware manufacturers’ warranty varies and for full information on a specific company, please visit their website. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and we strive for similar accuracy with all information we provide. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention the next time you visit, by calling or sending us an e-mail.


Payment for online purchases must be by e-transfer only. We do not accept or process credit card payments for any online or phone purchases. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150.00 (*Excluding bikes*)

Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to size, weight, location, and insurance, even for orders over $150. You will be notified of any extra charges via email or phone before we continue processing your order.

Current model year bikes are in-store pick up only. For shipment of older model bikes please call or email to arrange shipping.

Most orders will ship within 2–3 business days. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. Though we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, Cyclepath cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.  A Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.  

Orders more than $300 excluding tax must be shipped to the same billing address as provided/verified by payment method. 

*Please Note: Shipping times are estimates only. We do ship to remote areas in Canada, however, please note that your order will ship via Ground Shipping and may take up to 20 days to arrive.

Rates and shipping timeframes for Priority Shipments are based on live data directly from Canada Post.


At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.
