Register Your Bike
If you've purchased a bike from us, it's vital that you register your purchase to activate your warranty. Our bike brands stand behind their products and offer a basic warranty. (The terms differ so you'll need to review the brand's warranty documentation or ask our team for exact details.)
But most of our brands also offer an extended or enhanced warranty that's only activated if the bike is registered.
The potential benefit is well worth the (very short) time investment to register your bike.
So, without further ado, here are the links you need to register your bike from Cyclepath Kelowna.
The Information You Need to Register Your Bike
The information you need to register your bike with the bike brand will vary from brand-to-brand. But, generally, you'll need:
- Your bike's serial number (Which is printed on your frame and your receipt).
- The date of purchase.
- Where you purchased the bike.
- Some personal info.
If you're unsure, don't hesitate to ask us - but check your receipt for the info first.
